WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1986, Thompson, MacColl & Stacy LLP (TMS) has dedicated more than 30 years to serving the businesses and families of Mississauga and Southern Ontario. The three founding partners Gerard V. Thompson, Charles R. MacColl and James E. Stacy combined their individual specialties in order to better serve the needs of its clients.

Since its inception, the firm has grown significantly over the ensuing years with the addition of more lawyers, paralegals, administrative staff and law students. Charles MacColl unfortunately passed away in the spring of 2008. Gerard V. Thompson has retired and become Counsel to the firm.

Situated in the heart of the business community in Mississauga, the firm is intentionally located close at hand to its client base. Practicing in the areas of Corporate & Commercial, Commercial & Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Family, Employment, Wills and Estates Law, TMS has created a strong reputation in the community for its ability to serve the various needs of its clients in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
